Reunert Job Description

Job description

  • Responsible for management, maintenance and automating of Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
  • Provide support to project teams in configuring and base-lining project items.
  • Prepare configuration documentations and maintain Configuration Management (CM) database.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing CM processes.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity and security of CM database.
  • Schedule audits on CM database and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
  • Maintain proper version controls of software and drawings for manufacturing data packs.
  • Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related qualification
  • 3 years’ experience in applicable area
  • PLM System’s experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership
Administrative 
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web based applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals.
  • Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
  • Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations.
