Position Location: Location Free, SSA

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  • Dive deep into the business units across sector to understand key business drivers and business strategy. Create robust search strategies to identify, attract, and engage the best and brightest. Flawlessly execute searches, effectively balancing multiple searches and projects or workstreams simultaneously
    • End to end hiring for LG2-3 roles as per the KPIs ie. TTF TTA ICC HMSS Kenexa Diversity
    • Assist with LG4+ hiring as per need from Global Exec COE
    • Ensure superior hiring manager and candidate experience
    • Effectively communicate PepsiCo’s compelling employment proposition by presenting candidates with information related to: PepsiCo’s culture, leadership model, function-specific career path model and employment brand enabling candidates to truly comprehend the longer-term career potential
  • Partner with HR, TM, and the business to shape future talent pipelines and succession plans. Build out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing diverse pool of candidates.
    • Lead and own the AMENA Talent Forecasting based on Bench Planning and SWP (where relevant)
    • Lead and own the Sector sourcing strategy for : LG1+ bench building ; and niche roles/new skillsets
    • Own and drive the diversity attraction/talent pool agenda
  • Drive sector TA priorities in alignment with global TA AOP
    • Drive and embed new technology and TA solutions


Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • MBA with 10 + years of experience
  • Prior Executive Hiring Experience preferred
