• Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
• Complete all documents on time.
• Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
• Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
• Maintain acceptable profit margins.
• After-sales contact with customers to be at 100%.
• Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.

• Meet budgeted unit and sales targets.
• Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products.
• Execute all year demonstration program.

Requirements

● Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the agricultural and forestry sales field.
● Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.
● 5 + years of sales experience and knowledge of agricultural and forestry sales.
● Pay great attention to detail
● Be goal and results-driven
● Work with minimal supervision
