Key functions: 

1. Marketing: Evolve our approach to generate new leads with content, SEO, social media presence and B2B reach-outs.
2. Sales: Evolve our collateral and approach to sales to create a top calibre-experience for our clients, and a strong integration with our Academic and Project Management Office teams.
3. Keep learning and evolving with the business in the pursuit of best serving our University Partners.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 5 years+ experience in B2B Business Development for Service organisations, for revenue targets of $5m+
• An advanced tertiary qualification, with under- or post-graduate studies in Business Administration or Commerce
• 3 years+ experience in Higher Education

Seniority: Senior Manager

Type: Full-time

Start date: As soon as the right candidate is available

Remuneration: Market-related with KPI-linked performance incentives, per quarter

Location: Fully remote, with an opportunity to travel to the US and UK

Hubble Studios Job Description

Marketing  

• Administrate and manage content development for social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Coordinate and report on workshop marketing campaigns (this includes creating website blog posts, working with designers, creating surveys, assisting workshop hosts, and communicating with external partners where applicable)
• Coordinate the development of marketing material (e.g., adverts, featured images, videos)
• Develop article topics, brief Freelance Writers to write these articles, and review article drafts
• Coordinate and launch B2B Email Campaigns
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and content roadmaps
• Analyse and report on Marketing Metrics and SEO for (Website, CRM, social media accounts, and B2B Campaigns)
• Develop plans and contribute to strategies for new launches, products, websites and campaigns.

Business Development  

• Manage incoming business development queries
• Provide administrative support for our CRM and Proposal Software

• Ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company.
• Build and update Business Development document templates
• Administer our Website (includes contacting website provider when necessary, uploading articles to our blog, and updating website pages)

• Contribute to the development of improved internal systems and processes

Requirements 

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
