Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible to Lead and coordinate all aspects of the annual plan process for the Pest business, working closely with the business and regional finance team.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate the monthly forecast process for the entire P&L of the division ensuring high accuracy levels.
  • Deliver monthly reporting providing insights around key metrics and P&L review.
    • Deliver high quality reporting and business reviews on monthly basis
    • Analyze/review the P&L line items to understand and communicate business performance and drivers.
    • Gross margin analysis for the division, including key business segments, customers, product lines. Identify and execute margin improvement initiatives.
    • Promote financial awareness, understanding and accountability across division
  • Routinely communicate to the business GM the operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of all Adhoc reports
  • Partner with accounting, credit and other functions as appropriate
  • Participate in special projects to support the business as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years in financial analysis.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hyperion & ERP experience with excellent MS Excel and MS Power point skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical skills.
  • Proactive and deadline driven
  • Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
