  • Monthly billing and financial reporting.
  • General administrative duties.

  • Analysis of sales related information and report weekly to Regional Sales Manager.

  • Inter department communication.

Main Purpose of the Role

  • Daily reporting through CRM tools.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales opportunities, pipeline and activity progress.

Job Posting Title: Assistant Receiving Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To oversee all operational processes within the receiving department and to communicate with other departments where necessary. To assume overall responsibility for SHEQ within the receiving department. Coordinate with other departments on issues that require logistics input. Responsible for maintaining financial control within the receiving department (e.g. overtime, packaging etc.).

JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum qualification – Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain (NQF Level 6)
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Healthcare distribution
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management with direct reports
  • Experience in Industrial Relations
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Sound understanding of principles relating to Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory & Financial Control
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.

ADDITIONAL COMPUTER SKILLS:

In-depth knowledge & understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
