Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in shaping Customer Data Analytics and Market research portfolios and in using multiple sources of data and research and combining this with strong commercial expertise to derive actionable insights to feed into business decisions and strategies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management / Direct Marketing / Loyalty / Customer Lifetime Management Marketing
A minimum of 2 years in Customer Experience and customer-centred design thinking
Key Responsibilities
Create a deep understanding of the customer through market research insights and data analytics and embedding these widely in the business to facilitate smarter, more sophisticated, insights-driven decision making.
Shape the company’s known and semi-known customer marketing strategy to deliver on the company’s Customer Lifetime Value Management and Customer Experience objectives.
Oversee the delivery of the company’s Customer Relationship Management/Direct Marketing, Brand Engagement and Customer Care portfolios including lay-by and credit.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
KNOWLEDGE:

Basic employee benefit administration and processes
Intermediate payroll knowledge
Knowledge of labour legislation and tax
Knowledge of full payroll function, including capturing payroll, checking remuneration, reconciling the payroll, backups/ rollover, manual calculations

2-3 years payroll administration experience
Large payroll experience (On average 1200 Phadimas per Payroll administrator, +/- 60 terms per month, +/- 30 promotions per month)

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Input

Receive payroll input via portal or manually
HR Validate & Final Recruit new employees on-boarded via the portal
Verify new employees’ information and position details before payroll calculation
Validate portal payroll information accurately on the system for promotions, transfers and terminations
Import overtime captured on the portal into payroll and capture exceptions manually
Check payroll regularly for errors and anomalies and correct where necessary
Update employee records with changes to personal details and bank details
Provide telephonic support in respect of payroll queries
Understanding and following payroll procedures and payroll related forms
Assisting with communication and processing of workers compensation claims
Payroll Administration

Processing Department of Labour forms (UI19, UI2.7 and salary schedule) on request for terminations and employees going on maternity
Medical aid reconciliations for assigned payroll
Process staff card applications
Maintain Health4Me adjustments list
Complete the Non – Compliance tracker
Create employee files for new engagements
Ensure filing is done
